Refund policy
Refunds and exchanges are accepted withing 14 days of original purchase. All items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. As we are a small business, customer is responsible for all shipping costs to return items for non-defective returns or exchanges. Defective items or seller error are eligible for full exchange or refund.
Refunds:
The Mini Mechanic accepts refunds and exchanges withing 14 days of original purchase. All items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unopened for a full refund. Customer is responsible for any shipping costs to return items. Shipping labels will not be provided. We do not offer refunds on items that were sent to an incorrect address due to customer error. Items that were damaged due to seller defect will receive full refunds or will be exchanged once the defect item is returned and received by the seller. A shipping label will be provided in instances of damaged products due to seller defect. Proof of damage must be sent via photos or video. Please do not send your purchase back without prior approval first. We will not refund you. **There are no refunds or exchanges on sale items. All sale items are final sale.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you have not received a refund after 10 business days, first double check your bank account and any pending transactions or deposits, then contact your credit card company or banking institute. There is often a processing delay before a refund is posted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
